Broward SCORE participated in the Brazilian Independence Day celebration in Pompano Beach on September 9, 2012. SCORE was approached by leaders of the Brazilian Business Group to collaborate with them in developing counseling and workshop programs that could benefit the Brazilian business community in southeastern Florida. Plans are in the works to produce a Portuguese language version of SCORE’s very successful Simple Steps for Starting Your Business program.
