Broward SCORE Volunteers participated as judges at the DECA High School District Competition, which includes events related to entrepreneurship, marketing and sales. As part of the competition, High Schools students presented their Business Plans.

This marked the tenth year that Broward SCORE has been associated with DECA. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

Unlike other years when the competition was held in person, this year the presentations were virtual because of COVID.

SCORE Judges, Marshall Cohen, Kevin Donovan, Tapan Chakrabarty, Howard Fulton, Lars Peters and Steve Randall worked during the weekend of January 16th and 17th to complete the assigned cases.
