About the event

NOTE: Once you sign up for one part of this series, you will be signed up for all parts (no need to re-register).

This four-session management training series provides a “Lean” roadmap and practical tools for building and maintaining a highly successful business while minimizing the pressure and stress that owners and managers often face.  From his extensive experience as a business owner, teacher and consultant, David has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a small business and he presents each session with an eye towards solving real-world problems with time-tested tools that participants can take away and immediately apply to their own business operations.

Session #3: Managing Everyday Work to Improve Service

Are your customers unhappy with your services and complaining about a lack of coordination?  Learn how to establish and clearly communicate the current best way of delivering services and performing other everyday work as you partner with employees to devise even better ways.  See how to improve checklists by breaking down a process into standard steps in order to stabilize the work, capture improvements, train employees, and support collaboration.  Learn how to reinforce the standards and create an organizational heartbeat with daily stand-up meetings.

Copy of the recording and materials will be sent to all attendees.
